Better. Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable casual receptionist to join our team as soon as possible.

This is a flexible relief position covering periods when our Practice Manager is on leave or undertaking short-term midwifery contracts. There may also be opportunities to provide additional support at other times as our practice continues to grow.

We are more than a chiropractic practice. Our vision is to create a safe, welcoming community hub where people feel supported, connected and genuinely cared for. About the role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

• Booking and managing patient appointments

• Processing payments and completing general reception duties

• Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming

• Supporting the chiropractors and wider practice team

• Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visit

When covering a full week, the usual hours will be:

• Monday: 2:00 pm–6:30 pm

• Tuesday: 7:30 am–11:30 am and 2:00 pm–6:00 pm

• Wednesday: 2:00 pm–6:30 pm

• Thursday: 2:00 pm–6:30 pm

• Friday: 7:30 am–11:30 am and 1:00 pm–5:00 pm

At other times, we may only require support for selected days or shorter periods.

About you

• If you aren’t a wizz on a computer don’t worry we can teach you

Reception, administration or healthcare experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. The right personality, reliability and willingness to learn are most important to us.

Better. Chiropractic is growing, and we are looking for a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join our friendly allied health team in Karratha.

We want our practice to be more than somewhere people come for treatment. We are building a safe, welcoming community hub where practitioners work together and patients feel genuinely supported.

You will work alongside our chiropractic and allied health professionals in a positive and collaborative environment, with access to modern facilities and the opportunity to build a strong client base within an established practice.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised qualification in Remedial Massage

• Is passionate about helping people feel and function better

• Provides professional and caring treatment

• Enjoys being part of a friendly, community-focused team

• Is reliable, approachable and motivated to build their client base

Previous clinic experience is not essential. We welcome applications from both experienced therapists and newly qualified practitioners who are ready to grow their skills and become part of something special.

Flexible working arrangements are available, with an immediate start for the right person.
